Enrollment
The Enrollment Process begins with completion of the Enrollment Packet you may download below. Required are Proof of Physical Examination and the DH 680 Immunization Record. Non-refundable Registration fee of $50, Tuition Fee is due at time of enrollment.
Payment
Weekly Tuition is due on Monday of each week. Only Debit and Credit Card payments are accepted (no cash). Late fees apply if Tuition is not received by Friday at 5:30pm. Non payment subjects child to possible termination from the program.
Food Program
All children may participate in the Florida Department of Health Child Care Food Program. TBP Jupiter Preschool provides nutritious, well-balanced meals and snacks for the students. All meals and snacks are prepared onsite. No outside food is permitted.
Policies
Discipline/Guidance
TBP Jupiter Preschool believes that discipline is a necessary component of learning. Children in an environment of love, trust and respect will gain self-discipline, a desire to learn and succeed in positive ways.
Arrival/Departure
Students must arrive ty 9:00 AM to be in attendance for the day. VPK students must arrive by 8:30 AM. Late pickup (after 5:30) are assessed a $1 per minute fee that is payable at time of pickup. Habitual late pickup may result in termination of child's enrollment.
Biting
Children who bite are not bad, but often are just frustrated by their inability to verbalize their feelings. Even though we realize that biting is a typical behavior for young children of preschool age, it is not acceptable. Additionally, biting is considered abuse ant therefore cannot be tolerated at Thelma B. Pittman Jupiter Pre-School.
Emergency/Pick Up
Thelma B. Pittman Jupiter Preschool will only release children to designated individuals authorized by the parent or guardian. Updates to the information on file may be submitted below.
